Shipping Policy

At North and Paws, we carefully process and prepare every order to ensure your pet’s essentials arrive safely. Once your order is placed, it goes through three simple steps: (1) Order Confirmation, where your payment is verified; (2) Processing & Quality Check, which takes 1–3 business days to carefully prepare and package your items; and (3) Shipping & Delivery, where your order is dispatched and on its way to you. Our estimated delivery time is 9–14 business days, depending on your location.

After your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes, but we always work closely with our logistics partners to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
