7-Day Return Policy

At North and Paws, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the product you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
