Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right. Please read our returns policy below.

✅ 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

📋 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items returned without prior contact with our team

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@northandpaws.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Send the item back using a tracked shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us and we'll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
